Helping You Find Capacity For The Things You Love
GET TO KNOW KYLE
Yeah, I’m That Guy.
If you read my Big Confession on my homepage, you’re probably wondering “who is this guy that admitted to that on the homepage of his website — and why would I want to get coached by him?”
Yeah, I get it. Past me would probably wonder the same thing. It’s not like I particularly enjoy telling you. But I still do… and here’s why:
I’ve experienced firsthand just how damaging lies (and lies of omission) can be. They hurt the people we love and us. But it was the belief that I wasn’t good enough, hard-working enough, or worthy enough that led me to make the mistakes I did — and those beliefs just weren’t true either.
My coach, Kim Ades, and her journal-based coaching program helped me get out of my head and see that my beliefs were damaging me and everyone I loved. She challenged me to make changes so that I could live the life I really wanted.
Today, I've worked with many different business owners from all industries – To help them reprioritize their lives and start living with more freedom. And I want to help you do the same.

Meet The Furiously Curious CoacheS
I’m Tray Ardese, Retired Marine
I’ve always believed in serving with my whole heart. For 26 years, that meant leading over 250 combat missions in an F/A-18D and guiding direct action operations with Special Forces as a U.S. Marine Colonel. Each mission taught me the value of courage, resilience, and loyalty—principles I’ve carried with me throughout my life. Over the course of seven combat tours, I earned a few accolades, like the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star with ‘V,’ the Purple Heart, and the Navy Commendation Medal with ‘V,’ but what mattered most was the bond I formed with my fellow Marines and the honor of serving my country.
As a Native American from the Choctaw Nation, my heritage has always been a source of strength and pride. It’s helped guide me through some of the toughest moments in my career, reminding me of the generations of warriors who came before me. After retiring from the Marines, I shifted into a new chapter as the director of domestic and international military sales at Magpul Industries. It was a big transition, but I brought with me the same commitment to excellence and leadership that had been honed in the military.
Today, I channel my experience into coaching, consulting, and keynote speaking, sharing the lessons I’ve learned with others. I’m deeply committed to my faith, my family, and giving back to the community. Married to Tammi for over 30 years, we spend much of our time volunteering with organizations that support veterans and children in the outdoors. It’s a reflection of my ongoing dedication to service and the values that have always defined my life.
